Ministering Sister Gift Guide

by Makell Southworth        November 23, 2020

I love a good gift guide, so I decided to put together my own list this year! I wanted to focus on gifts for your ministering sisters. With all the social distancing guidelines, it can feel hard to be a good ministering sister. I know I have struggled! So I wanted to put together a few gift ideas that you can use to drop by your sisters’ houses to let them know you are thinking of them.

So here we go!

A TREAT WITH AN ENCOURAGING NOTE

I love this idea from Prickly Pear Design Co. of taking her free printable and wrapping around a loaf of pumpkin bread. Makes me hungry just looking at it!

COZY SOCKS

I received these cozy socks from my ministering sister last year, and they are the best in the winter! They are just the right amount of comfy and cozy.

DISH SOAP AND A KITCHEN TOWEL

These inexpensive kitchen towels are sure to be a hit! I have a few, and love how absorbent they are. Pair it with Mrs. Meyer’s Holiday Dish soap (or really any of their scents), and you’ve got a cute and functional gift!

ADD A CUTE CHRISTMAS TAG

I love these simple gift tags. Click here for the free download! I printed them at home on white cardstock, but you could take them to your local printers if you would like!

CHRISTMAS ORNAMENT

I love all of the ornaments from Cedar Made Co but these Let God Prevail ones are definitely a favorite!

STICKER DECALS

Sticker decals are great for decorating your water bottles or your laptops, and I love the message on this one from Thistle and Bliss

FINDING JOY WORKBOOK

I’ve seen these workbooks from The Refining Workbooks and love everything about them! The purpose of Finding Joy Workbook is to assist each participant in finding, keeping, and remembering joy throughout life, and I think we could all benefit from a little more joy!

PONDER SIMPLY GENERAL CONFERENCE JOURNAL

I know I’m obviously biased about this one, but hear me out! These journals are beautiful and are the perfect way to study general conference talks in more detail. They have wide margins that give you PLENTY of space to write notes or impressions that you receive while you study. It’s the perfect gift for anyone who wants to spend a little more time studying talks from conference!

There you have it! Some pretty awesome gift ideas ideas for your ministering sisters!
